Dr. Filardi has been an active exercise enthusiast since his gymnastic days in high school and undergraduate college. Currently in addition to daily power walking (with his faithful dog Lucy), he is a 16 year veteran of the Anusara School of Yoga.
Prior to studying and attaining a degree in Chiropractic, Dr. Filardi was deeply involved in herbology, nutrition and organic gardening.
